Changes in Drp1 protein expression in neurons following OGD.

Drp1 is highly expressed in neurons under normoxic condition and decreases following 3 h OGD. Proteinase inhibitor treatment results in higher Drp1 expression in OGD cells but is still greatly reduced compared to control.
