Lane 1: homogenate of fat body, lane 2: eluent of TALON affinity chromatography, lane 3: flow through fraction of Strep-Tactin agarose chromatography, lane 4: eluent of Strep-Tactin agarose chromatography. (B) Comparison of purified hMTP-hPDI complex concentration in Strep-Tactin agarose chromatography.
