Resveratrol decreased nitrite production.

<p>Cells were pre-treated for 1 h with 100 µM resveratrol (RSV) followed by the addition of 1 mM H₂O₂ for 0.5 h. Nitrite production was measured as described in the Experimental procedures section. Data represent mean ± S.E.M of three independent experimental determinations performed in triplicate, analyzed statistically by two-way ANOVA followed by the Tukey’s test.
