<p>(A) Pluripotent P19 cells were cultured with ATRA for 4 days under floating conditions, followed by dispersion of clustered aggregates and subsequent further culture in the absence of ATRA for an additional 12 days under adherent conditions. Cells were harvested different days during culture for determination of several marker protein expression with Western blotting analysis. (A) Typical pictures are shown with similar results in 3 separate determinations. (B) Stable transfectants were cultured for a period of up to 16 days as described above, followed by quantitative determination of MAP2 and GFAP on Western blotting. Each value represents the mean ± S.E. in 4 different experiments.</p
