<p>(A) PBMCs were activated with anti-CD3/CD28, IL-2 and IFN-γ and placed in a 3.0 µm pore transwell system upon unstimulated TECs or 24 hours IFN-γ/TNF-α stimulated TECs. Activated CD4<sup>+</sup> T cells expressed 76% CXCR3 and 68% CCR6. (B) Significant migration of CD4+CXCR3+ T cells, containing Th1 cell pool, by activated TECs was observed (P<0.05).
