<p>O, J, I and P indicate the specific steps in chlorophyll a fluorescence transient. The modulated 820 nm reflection signals are presented by MRt/MR₀ ratio. MRt indicates modulated 820 nm reflection intensity at time t. MR₀ is the value at the onset of actinic illumination (at 0.7 ms).
