Survival of <i>M. bovis</i> BCG treated with ciprofloxacin in the presence of spermidine.

<p>The effects of pre-incubation with 2.5 mM and 1 mM of spermidine (SPM) were compared against incubation with 1 µM ciprofloxacin (CPX) alone. The CFU counts are plotted on a log scale. Experiments were done in biological duplicates. Standard deviations are shown as error bars. Asterisks denote data points that differed significantly between SPM-treated and -untreated BCG.
