RT-PCR analysis of <i>Hsp70</i> gene expression in gonad samples of the swamp eel.

<p>Most of the <i>Hsp70</i> family genes were expressed equally in different types of gonads except <i>Hspa4L, Hspa5, Hspa8b2, Hspa9</i> and <i>Hspa12a</i>. <i>Hspa8b2</i> was expressed differentially among testis, ovotestis and ovary. <i>Hprt</i> was used as an internal control. Length sizes of amplified products were shown on the right.
