Akt shields SATB1 from apoptotic cleavage.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Evenly distributed signals were observed in the majority of HEK293A cells transfected with GFP-SATB1, whereas punctate structures were detected in a small fraction of cells (white arrowhead).
