TLR3 regulates JNK activation.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Phosphorylation of JNK in liver samples was measured after APAP. Liver lysates of WT and <i>tlr3</i>^−/− mice or (<b>B</b>) NmuLi were analyzed and the immunoblots shown are representative of three independent experiments while the immunoblots from 30′ time point are representative of four independent experiments. (<b>C</b>) The data in (<b>B</b>) were quantified by densitometry analysis using Image J Software.
