Characterization of <i>GhCAX3</i> involved in cold stress response in tobacco.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Photograph was taken when S-10, L-4 and WT seeds were sown on 1/2 MS medium at normal temperature (24°C) and 18°C for 12 days. Six-week old tobacco plants were exposed to 0°C (±1°C) for 2 days and then transferred to 24°C in greenhouse for one-week recovery.
