<p>Enriched pDC were either infected with CSFV, VRPΔE<sup>rns</sup> or co-cultured with CSFV- or VRPΔE<sup>rns</sup>-infected SK-6 cells for 20 h, and then analyzed by three-color FCM to determine the NS3 expression in pDC (defined as CD4<sup>+</sup>CD172a<sup>low</sup>, left side dot plots) and monocytes (defined as CD4<sup>−</sup>CD172a<sup>high</sup>, right side dot plots).
