Pathogen-influenced canonical pathways identified from up-regulated cell surface proteins.

<p>Up-regulated plasma membrane protein genes were grouped into canonical pathways by Pathway Analysis. Five overrepresented pathogen-influenced canonical pathways were identified, with the up-regulated plasma membrane receptors comprising these pathways listed at in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0065128#pone-0065128-t002" target="_blank">Table 2</a>.
