<p>Approximately 60 nymphal <i>B. cockerelli</i> were allowed to feed for 24 h on leaf discs from tomatillo, tomato or tobacco plants that were infected with TMV-GFP, PVX-GFP or TRV-GFP. The leaf discs were taken from plants that showed GFP expression under UV light illumination at 14 days post rub-inoculation.
