<p>The phospholipase A (PLA) activity was determined via calculation of fluorescent emission/µg recombinant protein/min (see <a href="http://www.plospathogens.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.ppat.1003399#s4" target="_blank">Materials and Methods</a>).
