GA CD8⁺ T cells access the central nervous system during autoimmune inflammation, inhibit <i>ex vivo</i> neuroantigen-specific CD4⁺ T cell proliferation, and are cytotoxic toward GA-loaded target cells.

<p>(A) CD45.1⁺ GA CD8⁺ T cells were injected into naïve or EAE-induced recipient mice (at peak disease).
