<p>Hepatocytes from 5, 10-week-old B6 mice were extracted, pooled and plated into individual wells and exposed for 24 hr to either the ADOX or ADKD (or empty vector control) virus in triplicate. Cells were lysed and triglyceride and total cholesterol were determined.</p
