Liver and plasma chemistries of ADOX OB mice at 10 days p.t.

<p>Mice were chow-fed, 10-week-old B6.V-Lep^ob/J (OB) males, intravenously injected with ADOX vectors expressing <i>GFP</i> or <i>Ildr2</i>. Measurements were taken at 10 days p.t. (following either a 24-hr fast “Fasted” or following a 24 hr fast and 12 hr refeeding “Refed”). n = number of animals in each study.
