Speed and duration of swimming patterns.

<p>Swimming performance metrics of the three swimming patterns observed in <i>Clausocalanus furcatus.</i> Swimming speed was computed using the instantaneous speed values of the swimming phases (Active), passive swimming (Sinking), and both phases taken together (Total). Sinking was not observed as part of the high-speed pattern.
