<p>Effects of each agonist were significantly blocked in the presence of their respective antagonists (A, SGCs; B, neurons) in calcium imaging experiments. Pre-treatment of the selective appropriate antagonist, resulted in a reduction in activation by the agonist of both neurons and SGCs.
