<p>(A) Aggregated p53 was treated with trypsin for 5 min, resolved by 10% SDS-PAGE and analysed by Western Blot. (B) HeLa cells were incubated with 1 µM DyLight 650-conjugated p53 aggregates for 24 h and analysed by flow cytometry.
