Survival and hazard functions of NHL patients with different HBV infection statuses after chemotherapy.

<p>The 780 NHL patients who received at least 3 courses of chemotherapy were followed-up, and the follow-up data were illustrated through Kaplan-Meier survival curves and analyzed by a log-rank test. The progression-free survival (PFS) time was calculated from the time of diagnosis to the time of relapse; for the patients without relapse, the time was calculated to the end of the follow-up period. The overall survival (OS) was calculated from the time of diagnosis to the end of the follow-up period; for the patients who died, the time was calculated to the day of the patient’s death. If the patients missed a follow-up visit in the middle of the study, the PFS and OS times were calculated to the day of the last follow-up visit. ca-HBV, chronic active HBV infection; ci-HBV, chronic inactive HBV infection; Carrier, HBV carrier with HBsAg-positive; non-HBV, no HBV infection with HBsAg-negative.
