Effect of ouabain on migratory-related proteins.

<p>A: H292 cells were treated with ouabain (0–30 pM) for 24 h. The cells were collected and analyzed for focal adhesion kinase (FAK), phospho-FAK (p-FAK, Tyr397), ATP-dependent tyrosine kinase (Akt), phospho-Akt (p-AKT, Ser473), and caveolin-1 (Cav-1) expression by Western blotting. The blots were reprobed with β-actin to confirm equal loading. B: The immunoblot signals were quantified by densitometry, and mean data from independent experiments were normalized to the results.
