<p>(A) YT cells were left unstimulated (YT) or stimulated with B3501 (YT+C) at E∶T ratio of 1∶100 at 1, 2 and 5 minutes in pH 7.4 and 6.6. Immunoblotting was performed to detect dual Tyr/Thr phosphorylation of ERK1/2 (p-ERK1/2). Total ERK1/2 was used as a loading control. Data are representative of three experiments.
