Effect of ethanol on morphological features of HEK293 cells.

<p>Cultured HEK293 cells were loaded with Rhod-2 along with MitoTracker green, followed by washing with recording medium and subsequent exposure to 250 mM ethanol for 20 min for observation under confocal laser scanning microscope. Typical pictures are shown in this figure with similar results in 3 independent experiments.
