Tumor-suppressive function of CRNN in ESCC cell lines.

<p>(A) Expression of CRNN in CRNN-transfected ESCC cell lines KYSE30 (clones 2 and 3) and KYSE180 (clone 1) were confirmed by RT-PCR and western blot analysis, respectively. Empty vector-transfected ESCC cells (Vec-30 and Vec-180) were used as controls. GAPDH and Tubulin were used as internal and loading controls, respectively.
