<p>(A) Analysis of surface phenotypic markers (CD3, CD8) of T cells. T lymphocytes (n = 20) co-cultured with SF-NPC or UMC-NPC were labeled with different fluorescence-conjugated antibodies, dividing into two obvious cell groups (CD3+CD8− T cells and CD3+CD8+ T cells) monitored by flow cytometry analysis.
