<p>Much more positive expressions for COX-2 and p-ERK were visualized in TAA group (Immunohistochemical stain, ×400 magnifications; inserts, ×1000 magnifications). The mRNA and protein levels of hepatic COX-2 in TAA group measured with qRT-PCR and Western blot separately were the highest among three groups. The serum levels of PGE2 were measured by ELISA.
