<p>RAW264.7 macrophages were examined at 24 hours post infection, cytokine production was determined by; (<b>A</b>) CBA assay, (<b>B</b>) quantitative real-time PCR, and (<b>C</b>) ELISA performed on supernatants from infected cells.
