<p>DIO mice were treated with saline, control (Cont) ASO or FGFR4 ASO #1 or #2 at 50 mg/kg/week for 10 weeks; a group of lean mice treated with saline was used as normal controls. (A) Liver FGFR4 mRNA levels after treatment; measured with quantitative RT-PCR. (B) BW changes during the treatment. (C) Total body fat content at different time points of the treatment, measured with an Echo-MRI body composition analyzer. (D) Epididymal and peri-renal fat depot weights at the end of the treatment.
