Abstract

<p>(<b>A</b>) Stereoview of the two RNA hairpin models Pab21P<sub>1</sub> and Pab91P<sub>1</sub>. The two RNA models are displayed using the more representative conformation (corresponding to the frame extracted from the MD trajectory which best represents the average conformation during the simulation). Pab21P<sub>1</sub> (red) and Pab91P<sub>1</sub> (blue) are superimposed based on the coordinates of the atoms from the phosphodiester backbone.
