<p>Post-challenge spleen samples from the mice described in the legend to <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0069649#pone-0069649-g001" target="_blank">Figure 1</a> were collected upon termination. Splenocytes were isolated and stimulated overnight with PR8 subunit. (A) Numbers of H1N1-specific IFN-γ producing cells per 5x10⁵ splenocytes of individual mice are given.
