<p>Immunohistochemical staining of WT1, p-STAT3 (s727), Cyclin D1 and p-pRb in WT1 overexpression (Case 1) tumor tissues and WT1 low expression (Case 2) tumor tissues in vivo. Average value of integrated optical density (IOD) was obtained as described above, demonstrated that the expression of Cyclin D1 and p-pRb was significantly up-regulated.
