<p><sup>−<b>/</b>− </sup><b>murine fibroblasts.</b> Control (WIP<sup>+/+</sup>) and WIP<sup>−/−</sup> murine fibroblasts were loaded onto the upper chamber of the Transwell and the percentage of cells chemotacting to the lower well was calculated. Cells were assayed for chemotaxis towards 15% serum (<b>a</b>), 5 µM LPA (<b>b</b>), 50 g/ml EGF (<b>c</b>), 20 ng/ml FGF (<b>d</b>) and 50 ng/ml PDGF-AA (<b>e</b> and <b>f</b>). Reconstitution assays were performed by lentiviral-mediated expression of WIP-GFP or control GFP in WIP<sup>−/−</sup> cells and overexpression assays by transduction of control (WIP<sup>+/+</sup>) fibroblasts with GFP or WIP-GFP. * p<0,05; ** p<0,001.</p
