<p>The primary PDAC cell line PC013 (<b>A</b>) and primary CAFs (<b>B</b>) obtained from one PDAC patient were cultured for 24 h with 100 µM of the p38 inhibitor SB203580 in 1% FBS medium. The gene expression levels for CXCL1, CXCL2, CXCL3, CXCL5, CXCL8, CCL20, VEGFA, IL6, COX-2, TNFα, TGFβ, IL24, IL-1α, IL-1β, and IL-1RA were analyzed by qRT-PCR and normalized to vehicle. * = P<0.05, ** = P<0.005, and *** = P<0.001.</p
