<p>(C) U2OS cells were respectively transfected with siRNA Luciferase or siRNA E6AP, with ING4 or ING4+E6 using the Lipofectamin 2000. Cells were collected at 36 h posttransfection after a 12-h serum starvation and fixed. Levels of cells undergoing apoptosis (sub-G1 phase) in individual PI-stained samples were analyzed by flow cytometry, and the data were analyzed by FlowJo software.
