<p>Expression of Foxo3a in Benign breast tissue(A,B). Brown nuclear and cytoplasmic Foxo3a staining were showed in epithelial cells lining the ducts. Expression of Foxo3a in malignant mammary gland tumors(C,D). All of the staining accumulated in the nucleus and cytoplasm.
