The inflammatory response to <i>A. baumannii</i> OMVs <i>in vivo</i>.

<p>(A) Recruitment of neutrophils in mouse skin. Mice received intradermal administration of <i>A. baumannii</i> OMVs in the back and skin lesions were stained with hematoxylin and eosin. PBS was administered as a control. Magnification, ×100. (B) The pro-inflammatory cytokine response of lung tissues to <i>A. baumannii</i> OMVs. Mice were treated with <i>A. baumannii</i> OMVs or PBS for 24 h and the lung tissues were removed. Gene expression was assessed by quantitative real-time PCR.
