<i>crh-1</i> expression in SIA neurons rescued aldicarb resistance in the <i>cat-2;crh-1</i> double mutant.

<p><i>cat-2;crh-1</i> mutants were transformed with <i>ceh-17::crh-1</i> and the co-injection marker <i>lin-44::gfp</i>. (A) Animals were examined for paralysis on NGM plates containing 1 mM aldicarb. (B) The time required for 50% of the animals to become paralyzed was determined using Prism. Animals carrying the transgene exhibited stronger aldicarb resistance than did the original double mutants. Those animals that lost the transgene or that were transformed only with the co-injection marker showed similar levels of aldicarb sensitivity to the <i>cat-2;crh-1</i> double mutants. *P<0.001 by the Tukey-Kramer multiple comparison test.
