<p>Expression in adipose tissue and corresponding plasma levels of <i>tnf</i> (A), <i>mcp1</i> (B) and <i>il6</i> (C) and <i>leptin</i> (D) were analyzed in 12-week-old animals using qPCR and ELISA respectively.
