Oligo-HA induces inhibitors of TLR3 signaling via TLR4.

<p>MH-S cells (A, B, C, D) and peritoneal macrophages (Macs) from C57Bl/6J mice (E, F) were treated with 10 µg/ml oligo-HA or vehicle control for indicated time points. <i>Traf1</i>, <i>Traf3</i>, <i>Traf6</i> and <i>A20</i> mRNA expression was assessed by quantitative RT-PCR. Quantitative RT-PCR data are shown as relative expression compared to vehicle-treated macrophages.
