Immunofluorescence analysis of PCN-mediated NRF2 nuclear translocation.

<p>(<b>A</b>) A549 cells were exposed to 12.5 µg/ml PCN for the indicated time intervals. NRF2 was probed with a primary anti-NRF2 antibody and visualized with a goat anti-Rabbit DyLight® 488-conjugated secondary antibody. Nuclei were stained with DAPI.
