If organisations are understood as committed to eudamonia (human flourishing), then it is crucial that we ask the right questions of its members. This paper briefly outlines a notion of Social Practice Wisdom, and then argues for its role in a Wisdom Culture. The paper concludes by suggesting the sort of questions that would be most appropriate to ask of people in a wisdom-based organisation
