Glycolysis, glycolytic capacity and glycolytic reserve of MLE-12 cells in normoxia and hyperoxia.

<p>MLE-12 cell were seeded in V7 cell plate at a density of 70,000 cells/well and exposed to normoxia or hyperoxia (95% O₂+5% CO₂) for 24 hours. Glycolysis assay was performed using glycolysis test kit from Seahorse Biosciences according to manufacture's protocol using XF24 instrument.
