Relationship between potentiation and glucose levels.

<p>Relationship between the mean potentiation ratio and the mean glucose levels during the IIGI in NGT and T2D subjects (all doses pooled). In a bivariate linear regression model with the mean potentiation ratio as dependent variable, the slope of the relationship is significant in both groups (<i>P</i><0.002) but flatter in T2D (<i>P</i><0.0001 for the interaction term).
