Growth rates of wild-type and mutant diploid strains.

<p>(A) Strains (<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0072123#pone-0072123-t001" target="_blank">Table 1</a>) were grown overnight to stationary phase in SC medium, spotted in a 10-fold dilution series onto SC plates, and incubated at 24°C for 3 days. (B) Doubling times in SC liquid medium at 24°C were determined as described in Materials and Methods. Means and standard deviations from three independent experiments are shown for each strain.
