<p>Hippocampal cGMP levels were analyzed in wild-type (WT) and R6/1 mice at 8 and 12 weeks of age by enzyme immunoassay. Values are expressed as percentage of WT mice, and are the mean ± SEM (n=7-10). Data were analyzed by Student’s t-test. ***<i>p</i><0.001 as compared with age-matched WT mice.
