NP enhances TNF-α but inhibits IL-10 production of human pDCs.

<p>Purified human plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) were treated with various concentrations of NP (nonylphenol) with or without CpG stimulation for 48 h. The supernatant was collected for TNF-α (<b>A</b>, <b>B</b>) or IL-10 (<b>C</b>, <b>D</b>) detection using ELISA method. Data show means ± SD of five independent experiments. The NP concentration used in <i>B</i> and <i>D</i> was 10⁻⁷ M. *<i>p</i><0.05 was considered significant versus corresponding control.
