<p>(A) Outline of genomic EMSA: Purified ORC at the indicated concentrations was incubated with 0.5 pM of purified sheared yeast genomic DNA. After the reactions reached equilibrium, ORC-bound and -unbound DNA fragments were separated by native gel electrophoresis.
