<p>HCAEC were infected with 10⁷ bacteria (MOI of 100). Cell culture supernatants were collected at 24 hours PI and analyzed with Milliplex detection kits. Values represent the mean ± SD concentration from 3 independent experiments (<i>n</i> = 3). **Indicates group means that were significantly different by ANOVA followed by Fisher’s multiple comparison test (<i>P</i> < 0.001).
